Microbiome "Total Gut Restoration" 3 months Megaspore PLUS, MegaPre and MegaMucosa

A 3 month course of Megaspore, MegaPre and MegaMucosa. This is the 3-month regimen that is talked about in the podcast with Anna Sparre. 100% stable and the bacteria survive the stomach. MegaPre is designed to specifically complement Megaspore Biotic. MegaMucosa is the third step for optimal effect.

NOTE that this regimen contains Mega PRE and Mega Mucosa in capsules. It is fine to open the capsules and pour on food or in water if you do not want to take so many capsules, but in that case the powder does not dissolve very well so you have to make sure that you get everything from the water glass as it easily sticks to the inside the glass.

The course consists of:

3 cans of Megaspore Biotic PLUS Active bacteria

2 cans of MEGA Prebiotic in CAPSULES

1 jar of MEGA Mucosa in capsules

Dosage: Start with Megaspore biotic slowly according to the instructions on the can, even more slowly if you are very sensitive. When jar 1 is finished, continue on jar 2 of Megaspore Biotic while starting with MEGA Prebiotic. 3 capsules per day for 1 week, then 6 capsules per day. When also the second jar of MEGAspore biotic is finished, you start the third one at the same time as you continue with jar 2 of MEGA Prebiotic + that you start with MEGA Mucusa. 3 capsules/day for a week then 6 capsules per day until it runs out. When the entire course is over, you can continue with Megaspore biotic 2-7 days a week depending on how it works. You can test yourself up to this.
