Prices and payment

Each item is listed with price including Swedish VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.

Payment is made directly when ordering via card payment through Stripe, ShopPay or Swish. alternatively with KLARNA.

Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart and in shipping policies depending on the chosen shipping method.

Deliveries

Delivery time is about 1-3 days. Your order will be delivered/shipped from stock within 3 working days of ordering.  If a product has a different delivery time, it will be stated next to the respective product. Digital services are delivered immediately after payment. Coaching starts on a predetermined date or after an agreement with TOPPFORM/ BetterMicrobiome if a date that works.

Shipping terms:

Incoterms2020 Ex Works Postnord Businesscenter Halmstad

Ex works Postnord Halmstad means that Toppform Halmstad/BetterMicrobiome delivers and is responsible for the product/order to Postnord business center in Halmstad. After that, the risk passes to the buyer. If packages/goods disappear after being handed in at Postnord in Halmstad and do not reach the buyer for any reason, Toppform Halmstad / BetterMicrobiome is NOT responsible for this. The parcels are traceable.

Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. This does not apply to digital products such as K3 LEVA as the right of withdrawal is considered forfeited upon payment. The right of withdrawal for 14 days does not apply to dietary supplements as these do not have any right of withdrawal after the product has left the seller's warehouse.

In the case of personal coaching via zoom or personal meeting, the right of withdrawal is forfeited after you have filled out and submitted questionnaires, etc. If the questionnaire is not included in your purchased product, the withdrawal period is forfeited after the first consultation.

Your message to us must clearly state that you change your mind. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract is for a custom-made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch – the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided the information.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:

The service has been started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, such as a share, the goods cannot be returned due to their nature, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing. Products of a food-like nature, such as dietary supplements or the like, can only be withdrawn in completely unopened packaging within 3 days of receipt.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the goods in the same good condition as when you received them. You are not allowed to use it, but, of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal. For dietary supplements, the packaging must be completely unopened.

Warranties & Service

Toppform Halmstad / BetterMicrobiome guarantees that the product's shelf life (not supplements) is at least 1 year after purchase unless otherwise stated, e.g. reduced price due to shorter shelf life. When purchasing Dietary Supplements, a shelf life of at least 3 months is guaranteed. Digital products are guaranteed to be delivered complete within the agreed time.

Toppform Halmstad and BetterMicrobiome and KostKroppKnopp do not guarantee any special results with services or products.

The information, advice and supplements provided are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical care. If uncertainty arises, it is recommended that you always consult a doctor before starting supplements or starting to follow the advice conveyed in digital programs or personal coaching.

Unclaimed packages

Uncollected items will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery. In the event of an exchange in the event of a fault, we will pay the new freight from us to you.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must:

Repayment obligation:

Toppform Halmstad/ BetterMicrobiome will pay any return costs in case of errors in the delivery.
