Focus on the bacteria

Since our bacterial flora is the foundation for staying healthy, we at BetterMicrobiome have chosen to focus on products and knowledge transfer within our various microbiomes (communities of microorganisms). Bacteria are affected by digestion, the environment, diet, our thoughts, breathing, activity, and basically everything.

We at BetterMicrobiome recommend that you first optimize the opportunities for the bacteria to be in balance through good lifestyle choices and, if necessary, support with our high-quality dietary supplements.

The skin affects health!

In a large study (The Baltimore Longevity Study on Health) that followed people from the 1950s, it was found that we can predict how sick and how old we will become by looking at our skin. Skin with an unbalanced bacterial flora allows harmful bacteria to get past the protective barrier and further into the body to cause damage.

Since we at BetterMicrobiome focus on bacteria and their impact on the body, it was obvious to us, with this study in mind, to include the skin and its bacterial flora as part of the strategy for better health.
