Refund policy

Physical products purchased from BetterMicrobiome and Toppform Halmstad will not be refunded if you change your mind and do not want the product after it is shipped. Cancellation of orders needs to be done before the order has been shipped. Cancellation is then done by sending an email to info@bettermicrobiome.com

If the product appears damaged or opened on arrival, contact the info@bettermicrobiome.com immediately for action. A return shipping label will then be sent and a replacement product will be sent as soon as the faulty product has arrived at our warehouse. If a replacement product cannot be sent for any reason, the full purchase price, including shipping costs, must be refunded to the customer without delay.

Damage and incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you discover any defect. We will evaluate the case and correct any errors as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

Foods and supplements (which are considered to be food) can unfortunately not be returned and exchanged after they have been shipped unless there is something wrong with them. Gift cards cannot be returned/exchanged or exchanged for cash. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order at info@bettermicrobiome.com

Digital services/lifestyle programs

The concept K3 LEVA 3 month lifestyle program and education in diet, exercise, health and lifestyle is not possible to undo after the training material has been sent. Since parts of the training take place online and you have gained access to the digital material via password with your purchase, your right of withdrawal is considered forfeited.

Functional medicine coaching

Booked time can be canceled 24 hours before the agreed time free of charge. The amount will be refunded. Completed coaching via phone or zoom cannot be complained about or refunded.


Exchange

The quickest way to exchange your items is to return the items you have and once your return is accepted, you buy the right item. Supplements and foods cannot be exchanged or returned.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Goods sent within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but this does NOT apply to dietary supplements where the right of withdrawal is forfeited as soon as the product is sent from stock.



Refund

We will notify you when your return has been accepted and refund you within 5 business days in the same way you paid for your order. Please note that it may take a few days for the transfer to appear in your bank account. If you have not received a confirmation of your return within 7 days of sending the item back, please let us know on info@bettermicrobiome.com
