Shipping policy

Shipping terms: Ex works Postnord Halmstad (means that the risk passes to the buyer after the order has been submitted to Postnord Business Center)

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason, you will be notified within 3 days of placing the order and a refund will be made to the selected account.

All orders must be shipped within 3 working days unless there is any obstacle. If there is a longer delivery time for a period, this will be communicated on the website and after the order has been placed via email.

Follow your order: Tracking number will be notified via email when the order is processed and the shipping label is printed.

All deliveries are traceable. Trackingnumber will be forwarded to the buyer after shippinglabel is created.
