Megaspore Biotic is now available in 2 different variants for the European market. Spores only with 5 billion bacteria without Bacillus Indicuus HU36 and without extra added carotenoids and Megaspore Biotic PLUS active bacteria with 4 billion bacteria and extra added carotenoids.

Megaspore Biotic spores only : A broad-spectrum bacterial mixture in 100% spore form that maintains maximum efficiency down into the large intestine. The product has a long shelf life, does not need to be kept in a refrigerator and is effective during a course of antibiotics.

Content per dose (2 capsules): Bacteria mixture of 152 mg (5 billion
bacteria):
• Bacillus subtilis HU58™*
• Bacillus coagulans (SC208)*
• Bacillus licheniformis (SL-307)*
• Bacillus clausii (SC-109)*

Other ingredients: Filler: cellulose. Vegetable
capsule: cellulose (HPMC) and water.

DOSAGE

– Recommended dose: Week 1: Start with 1 capsule every other day. Week 2: 1 capsule/day. Week 3+: 2 capsules/day. Take with food. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Store dry at room temperature and out of reach of children.

You can choose to take only this product (or the whole regimen: see more info here ) for 3 months and slowly increase the dose. Start with 1 capsule every other day with a meal. (If you have a very sensitive stomach, you can take 1/2 or even 1/4 capsule). After about 1 week you take 1 capsule per day and after another 1 week you take the maximum dose of 2 capsules at the same time once per day.

If you experience discomfort such as slight stomach cramps, loose stomach, rumbling etc., it is a sign that it is working and nothing dangerous. Should you feel a little sick or get more stomach ache, you go back a step and reduce the dose again for a few days so that the stomach/intestine takes a while to get used to it.
