If you have stomach and intestinal problems, it can be a little difficult to know what you need to fix this. Some problems are due to digestion, others to the bacteria in the small intestine, and some to bacteria in the large intestine. In general, we usually recommend the following:

You can liken spore bacteria to a seed. Common bacteria that we usually talk about such as Lactobacillus and bifidus bacteria that are found in 98% of other so-called “pro*biotics” on the market are living bacteria that are very sensitive to changes in their environment.

Spore bacteria "seed" has the ability to get an extra shell which allows it to survive challenging environments such as stomach acid and does not start to germinate until it reaches its optimal environment such as in the large intestine, where it has the ability to multiply and outcompete smaller bacteria. Ordinary live bacteria do not have the same efficiency at all and most of them do not survive the way down into the intestine.
