DOSAGE

- Recommended dose: Week 1: Start with 1 capsule every other day. Week 2: 1 capsule/day. Week 3+: 2 capsules/day. Take with food. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Store dry at room temperature and out of reach of children.

- Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

You can choose to take only this product (or the whole regimen, more info below) for 3 months and slowly increase the dose. Start with 1 capsule every other day with a meal. (If you have a very sensitive stomach, you can take 1/2 or even 1/4 capsule). After about 1 week you take 1 capsule per day and after another 1 week you take the maximum dose of 2 capsules at the same time once per day.

If you experience discomfort such as slight stomach cramps, loose stomach, rumbling etc., it is a sign that it is working and nothing dangerous. Should you feel a little sick or get more stomach ache, you go back a step and reduce the dose again for a few days so that the stomach/intestine takes a while to get used to it.
